My 14 year old daughter broke her ankle and one week before the cast was coming off she had a 4 day field trip with a LOT of walking to do. The shoe that the hospital gave her was ripped to shreds by that point. I felt this shoe was FAR more attractive, protected her toes better, and provided better support. I payed for express shipping and Colonial Medical made sure that it got to us in time. I feel it was worth every penny including the additional shipping charges.
