I have a pin in my foot sticking out the end of my toe and do not want to bump it against anything. I would recommend this device to anyone wanting to protect their toes from further injury while healing. The guard allows plenty of room but still encloses the end of my foot. It works VERY well with the medical boot. A second option of one with a cushioned flexible "sole plate" that could be trimmed lengthwise to fit the boot or a shoe where the toe has been cut out would be nice. I feel pricing was good but shipping is what drives the cost up unfortunately.

Ordering online was straight-forward, the price is reasonable, delivery time was quick and installing the toe guard was easy. It has made a huge difference while recuperating; I don't have to worry about my foot being stepped on or jostled. I would recommend it as a 'must-have' for anyone recuperating from foot surgery / injury.
