Gives the best stretch! For plantar fasciitis, it is better than leaning foot up against the wall, and better than pulling on feet with a towel. I'm disappointed that I can't use it in my socks because the hard plastic on the back of the rocker hurts. But it works great when wearing sneakers.

my sister in law let me use hers until mine came in.... and i pretty much got rid of my pain by the time I received my own foot rocker..

The foot rockers worked great. It took over 2 weeks for delivery. That was not up to my expectations.
