I'm 6'4 and the upper part of the splint attaches around my calf where the calf muscle is getting smaller, so it slides down my leg during the night. I adjusted the strap to the maximum length but still can't get the splint up near my knee where it won't slide down. If I tighten the attachment around my leg more, it is uncomfortable and feels like it is cutting off circulation to my lower leg. I'm planning to get rid of the strap that came with us and replace it with some bungee cord so I can attach the upper part of the splint higher where it won't slide down.
The part that goes around my foot also tended to slide back from the ball of my foot up onto the arch. That was not a big deal but it did make for less of a stretch on the foot. It would be better if it was like a sock that went around the toes and heel so it stayed in place.
I do think the splint helped during the time it stayed in place. The quality of the product is good.
