I cannot remember how I heard of PeriGuard but my life is much better since I did. It is embarrassing as an adult to have to wear diapers. Without skin protection we have huge problems, with PeriGuard, used daily there are fewer problems. PeriGuard is after all a guard for the skin. If a person has urinary incontinence the skins usually will need protection at least once a day. If I get lazy and try to skip a day I pay a penalty. PeriGuard has helped me be less angry about the problem of post radiation urinary incontinence. PeriGuard is priced such that anyone should be able to use this wonderful product.

Mornings, I work in a non-AC building but afternoon I am in AC, on really hot days in the mornings sweat gathers along my bra band and causes a rash. So useless I bring a second bra to work everyday to change, on bad days the band is still damp when I get home at night. My grandmother's home nurse gave me some PeriGuard to use for the rash I would occasionally get under the band after a really hot day. PeriGuard is thick & soothing ointment that not only clears up the rash quickly but also creates a protective layer between my band & skin to prevent it from getting worst. There is also no unpleasant odor from the ointment, so I can wear to work with out feeling self-conscience. I definitely recommend this product for uses other than just diaper rash.

This product is supposed to be for the treatment of adult diaper rash. I do not suffer from incontinence, but I do suffer from bouts of Irritable Bowel Syndrome which leave my bottom quite irritated. PeriGuard is a moderately thick ointment that protects and helps it heal after a very bad day. The ointment has no unpleasant odor like some other brands, I recommend this product.
