My husband has nuerapathy in his fingers,so the double handle gives him a better hold on the cup. He and I are very happy with the cup.

the mug is great....and an awesome aid to my friend who has a degenerative muscle loss.....the thing i didn't understand is why the shipping and handling was three times the cost of the dignity mug......disgusting!!!!
