General Information

If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please call our customer service department for a speedy resolution. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, ($10.00 minimum).

  • Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition in original packaging.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Custom made products are non-returnable.
  • Sexual Health items are non-returnable.
  • Bathing, hygiene and feeding products non-returnable unless they are unopened and in original packaging.

Refund will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded
