I did not get directions with the Microwave Pressure Cooker. Can you provide directions for use?

Why is there no information in an empty pdf file under resources tab above, as addressed by the review titled "Not Any Good'?

The PDF file does have a scan of the 4-page booklet that comes with this item.

I have this product. However, it refers to "dismanteling" the lid. I cannot find a way to do so. Does that mean just take the lid off the pot, or is there a way to take the lid (itself) apart?

To dismantle the cover, pull apart the top piece from the bottom piece. Also you can dismantle by holding the top centered knob and pull the bottom off using the 2 finger grip area.

is the microwave pressure cooker ceramic or plastic

It is plastic.

I received my order within 4 days which was excellent. I immediately cooked some frozen brussel sprouts and devoured them. They were cooked to perfection -- tender and delicious. I use this every single day for my vegetables in my microwave, my preferred method of cooking. It is easy to clean, extremely efficient and effective. I am so glad I found your company. I will be ordering other things.

The guy that made this must have been a kid. There are very few recipes for the cooker and no mention as to how long for anything other than chicken and rice. This should not even be advertised. Very disappointed.
