The concept of elevating the foot to relieve the pressure is great. However, the way the opening is designed to wrap around the ankle is a problem. It does not remain in a stable position while you are sleeping. The ring stays fasten with the Velcro strap. However, during the night the product travels up the leg causing vascular constrictions. We love the concept of elevating the foot to prevent unwanted pressure on the foot but the elevator must remain stable and not travel up the leg while sleeping. I hope you fine this feedback of value.

This product was perfect! It allowed me to be able to get the pressure off of my foot while sleeping and yet be able to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom without losing my balance. It also made me realize how much I moved around in bed and wasn't aware of how many times I was using my bad foot to do it. This product did more for me in three weeks than all of the other contraptions I used in the three previous months. I highly recommend it.
