Description

Correcting leg length discrepancy for walking comfort has never been easier than with Adjustable Heel Lift. Made of three separate 1/8" layers, the Adjustable Heel Lift easily adjusts from 3/8" to 1/4" to 1/8" simply by removing one or more of the layers. This easy to use product customizes height to help provide balance when walking or standing. Non-slip polyester cover of the Adjustable Heel Lift helps keep feet from sliding forward.

Instructions

DIRECTIONS
Place Lifts snugly in heel of shoe, leather side facing upward. If the cushion is too high for your specific condition, you can lower it by peeling off one or two of its 1/8"-thick bottom layers.

CARE
Wipe Lifts with a clean, slightly-damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely before reuse.

WARNINGS
Non-sterile product, Do not use over open wounds.

I do not know whether I need small medium or large. I wear a size ten shoe but have a narrow heel. My Dr. wants me to start at 1/8 in and build up to 1/4. Can I do that with this lift?? Thanks, Fred Steinbach

There is a tab on the product page which shows the size chart. Size large fits men shoe sizes 9 to 13. This heel lift has removable layers so you can customize the height to 1/8", 1/4" or 3/8"

Good, Affordable Heel Lift

This is the first heel lift I've ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it's working quite well for me. I've started off with the 1/8 inch lift, and it's quite comfortable. Very easy to slip it in and out of different shoes, though sometimes, depending on the shoe, it moves around a bit and I have to readjust it by hitting my heel on the ground so it slides back down into position. The lift's suede covering (in contact with my foot) helps a lot to keep it in position. Most of the time I forget that it's there. I recommend you give it a try, and see how it works for you.

I am very satisfied with the heel lift. My only criticism is that if you take it out to put in another shoe, it does not stick as well.
