We recently ordered 50 Steel Tea Bells for our assisted living facility. They were delivered in a very short period of time. That was appreciated. One bell was faulty. I called your customer service. They were wonderful; friendly, helpful, curtious. A delight. They sent a replacement bell within just a few days. We will certainly be using Colonial Medical for any of our needs in the future.
