I opened one of the 40 I purchased last month: It seemed better than others I bought about a year ago, but it still showed some random folds, making it uneven in some places. The only folds should be the straight-line dividers which allow it to be folded evenly. The aluminized mylar itself seems very good, as it did last year, too.
