Works very well for my back. I had 2 of these pillows in the past and they both stopped holding air after only a few months of use.

Excellent flexibility, helpful support. I have been unhappy at times with the air valves. Sometimes they close too tightly and are very hard to open, which I need to do to adjust to different chairs. Also, one of them leaked air around the valve because it didn't fit well. But I just bought three new ones and use them regularly. Thanks!

I like the back pillow very much and works well for me when sitting in softer chairs. My only problem was that the first one I purchased developed a leak in about 6 months so I needed to purchase another one.
