Would be nice if you indicated the shoe size that Sm.Med

There is a Size Chart tab to the right of the Description Tab on the webpage for this item that explains how to choose for the different sizes.

Can I use this to widen boots as well.. also how high of a heel is this used with.. 1-3" or 3-6" thanks!!

This item would not fit into boots. This High Heel Stretcher will work best with heels that are 3"-6".

These are sold as a single unit. Each stretcher can be used in the left or right show.

I left the stretcher in each shoe 3 days each without using a spray treatment. It stretched shoes fine.

Only Colonical Medical's streatchers will work when you really tighten the handle. I have found that the plunger in other brands turns sideways and doesn't allow for real streatching making them a total waste of money! These are the only ones I buy!
