do the hand warmers go in a pocket on the back of the hand or inside the hand? Back of the hand. Will any handwarmers fit these or do you have to buy special ones? The HotHands we sell (Sku: 47064) which are approximately 2"x 3" fit these wristies. Does the $15.95 price include a pair of gloves or just one glove?
