How to secure the FEM-D to your underwear using the double sided hypoallergenic tape.
2. Place the FEM-D on a flat horizontal surface.
3. Remove the liner off the back side of the double sided tape.
4. Place Tape sticky side down in the center of the FEM-D.
5. Place FEM-D tape side down on the panties or briefs in the desired location.

Washing -
Hand was your FEM-D in cold water with a mild detergent (Woolite), like fine lingerie. Removing the tape from the FEM-D may remove some of the cloth. You do not have to remove the tape to wash it. For the next use simply place the new strip of tape over the old one.

Drying -
Hang or lay on towel to dry.
