Does the foam in this pillow hold its shape? Are there any longer lengths of this pillow?

The foam neck rolls are constructed of a highly resilient polyurethane foam. They are available in 3 different diameters and each size is 19" in length. Sorry, we do not have a longer length.

Is this cervical foam neck roll a soft neck roll or a hard one? Thank you

These neck rolls are made of medium density polyurethane foam.

I cannot find these neck rolls anywhere locally so I order them from Colonial Medical. For the last several years, I have noticed that the quality of the pillow is not what it was when I first started ordering them. Sad as the price has increase considerably.

These are the only neck rolls I purchase now. No store, in my area, carries these neck rolls. These have the support I need for my condition. I purchase the last neck rolls in 2010 and they last about two years. They loose their support after time in use. I did notice that the covers did have a smell to them and it cause some allergy reaction. After I washed them the smell was gone. I trust ordering from Colonial Medical and have no problems. This last time I did have to call as my order had taken longer than usual. I was told they were on back order and would be sent within the next two weeks.

Works great for relief of cervical pain but have only used it a few weeks and it is all ready getting "squashed down"--I sleep on it every night.
