Tight fit, too much padding, and a smudge

Bought the size that fits me with ordinary underwear, but these run small, so they fit too tight, and no returns since they are underwear. Thankfully since I am pregnant right now, once I have the baby they should fit better. The padding seems thick and excessive for the light leakage I have a problem with. To top it off, one pair of underwear had a brown smudge on the outside (a fingerprint most likely). The good news- material is cotton, so other then the padding and the tightness, they feel like regular underwear plus they are easy to wash and dry. If they had less padding, I would order some more in the next size up and give them another try.
