This item is made of a heavy-duty plastic.

Does the lip of this hang below the rest of the dish, so that it hangs below the edge of the sink? At what angle does the tray sit? Is the round base solid or does it come with a suction cup?Thank-you.

The dish tips approximately 45 degrees so that the lip hangs below the dish and drains into the sink. It has a round base but does not have a suction cup.

Great little soap dish drains directly into the sink (or tub), the soap stays clean and dry, and easy to pick up goolessly.

Just as pictures

It does what it is supposed to do and keeps soap from sitting in water and dissolving. We like it!

No more soft, mushy soap

This soap dish is great because any excess water simply flows down and goes into your sink. You need not worry about the water collecting under the soap and then because the soap is in touch with the water it become soft, and mushy. This dish is well designed so that it is well balanced, and it does a great job of allowing the excess water to flow down the "waterfall" into the sink. Well worth the money.
