As someone who works in an office all day I rarely have anytime to go for a jog on weekdays. I bought the HandiPedaler and brought it to work to use. I sometimes forget I'm on it, but it works wonders. I've lost 8 pounds since using it for a month. It is also quiet enough where it doesn't distract the people around me.

Good for around the house

I use the HandiPedealer when I'm watching TV or reading a magazine. It's a good way to stay active if you don't have the chance to go to the gym or take a run. Not sure it would be appropriate for work though...
