I actually do not use them as they are intended. I work for a not for profit that places guide dogs for the visually impaired. I hold seminars for our raisers and put them in blindfold to experience what a visually impaired person goes through with a dog that is not well behaved.

The over the nose flap prevents light from interfering with sleep. A good product, but the straps are too short for the average or larger adult face.
