i love this pill planner. The pouch for it is GREAT and it's not bulky. I like that it COMES in a pouch. Each individual container for the pills is big enough to fit all my pills. It's large enough for at least 3-4 longsized pills. I would recommend this for anyone who takes pills more than just twice a day who doesn't like the LARGEEE pill organizers. this is smaller and easier to carry around
