I use it for most of my heavy pressing movements. There's a big difference between a heavy duty belt like this and the ones that velcro and are made out of fabric. If your going to do heavy squats, deadlifts and benching your going to want to wear something like this in order to prevent hernias. I would strongly recommend this belt. I've had mine now for a few years and abuse it to death and it still looks brand new. I'm sure it will last the rest of my life and probably my kids life too if they get into lifting lol.
