Does the job.

The Roll Guard Pillow works wonderfully. I'm prone to roll around in my sleep and sometimes that means ending up on the floor, not the best way to wake up. The Roll Guard however, keeps my on my mattress at night. The pillows are big enough to contain most people, I'm not huge, but at 5'10" and 178 pounds the Roll Guard Pillows keep me confined.

Works well, but a little uncomfortable

This product works well, but it can be a little uncomfortable if you have a smaller bed. I guess it's not so much uncomfortable as it is annoying, but it does keep me protected from falling off the side.
