Shipping Rates

Most orders received by 3 p.m. EST, ship the same day! This includes Ground, Express, and 2nd Day Air. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday. Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping(i.e. Next Day Air or Second Day Air) refers to actual shipping time once the package has been tendered to UPS and refers to business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit times. Please Note: To keep shipping costs at a minimum ColonialMedical.com ships some packages via USPS. Some orders may require additional freight charges, due to the size, weight of products ordered and/or the shipping location. If your order is affected by one of these conditions, you will be contacted and given the option of accepting the additional charges, choosing another shipping method (when available) or canceling the order.
