I had foot surgery and I needed to keep my leg elevated and bent at the same time during the night. I tried using multiple pillows, but they were too soft and wouldn't stay in place. The Ortho Bed Wedge is firm and it stays in place. Also the angle part of the wedge supports my leg perfectly which makes sleeping a lot easier.
