Neonatal Disposable Covers are made of clear plastic, no latex, and are designed to cover the Neonatal Transilluminator LED lights so that blood or body fluids do not contaminate the light. The covers are approximately 9 inches long and packaged in a convenient box of 50 covers.
The cover is designed to slip over the LED lights on the end of the detachable cord. After use, discard the cover. You may wipe the light with alcohol preps or bleach wipes for added protection. Do not submerge or Autoclave.
NOTE: For sterile procedures - The LED end can be inserted into a sterile glove with the fingers pulled over the LED light.
