Instructions

DIRECTIONS
Insert between toes with longer 'nose' on top. Test for comfort. Scissor-trim if necessary.

My foot Dr.gave me a the three layer foam toe separator last year to use and I really loved the product. I was so happy to find where I could order them. My neighbor ask where I got them as she also had toes growing off in the wrong direction. I gave here the information and I'm sure she will love them too.
