The pill organizer doesnt hold a large amount of pills but you can fit 2 large, 4 medium and about 10 small pills in one compartment and there are 4 compartments, so all my medications and vitamins for the day are all set to take with me. When traveling I just put a rubber band from top to bottom and toss the cabinet in my suitcase.
