Slip loop over 2nd or 3rd toe and position cushion under the ball of the foot. Pull on hosiery and readjust as needed.

Hand wash. air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.

This comes in LARGE and SMALL..how do I know which size will fit me best. Thanks, Margarita In most cases, the Small would be used for a woman wearing a shoe size up to a size 9. If your shoe size is larger than that or you have a foot that is wider than average, you would need a Large. can diabetic's use these?
