Thera-Band Soft Weights are hand-held, ball-shaped isotonic weights - a soft alternative to traditional isotonic dumbbells providing users more versatility for strength training and rehabilitation exercises. They are unique because the size of the ball, with a diameter of 4.5", does not increase as weight increases, allowing for a consistent and functional grip. This allows for either unilateral or bilateral exercise progressions, either independently, or with a partner.

I like the product and it is exactly what I have been looking for. My only problem is that I received the 1.1 lbs weights when I really desired to order the 2.2lb weights. I don't know if I made an error or the company sent me the wrong set. The colors of both sets are very similar so it seems easy to click on either set. The 1.1lb weight is very light gold, the 2.2lb is a light yellow. I'm in a dilemma, should I send the weights back or just reorder the weights I want? I don't want to pay for shipping weights back. Otherwise, the product is fabulous.
