Description

Single-Side Tread Socks are slipper socks with non-skid bottoms. Tread Socks are the same slippers that are "hospital issue" in many hospitals. Tread Sock are designed for safety with skid resistant treading. Soft terry cloth on the inside provides extra soft comfort while absorbing any perspiration.

My husband is on a walker and wears these socks exclusively in the house. Being single-side tread I can put his shoes on with these socks. I am unable to put his shoes on with the double-side tread. The material is of good quality to where they do not wear out so fast.

I first wore Tread Socks in a hospital and really liked them. I used to wear regular socks with slippers but the socks were leaving marks on my calves even after I cut off the elastic bands. I have a size 12 foot but ordered the Medium because they only come up to the ankle which is perfect for me. And, you can't beat the price at Colonial Medical - trust me, I surfed for quite a while before finding their site.
