The Replacement Alarm/1 Pin fits easily over any hand grip or frame. The alarm is used to alert help if a patient unintentionally falls out of their wheelchair or bed. A soft silicone protective jacket surrounds the perimeter of the Replacement Alarm which keeps the alarm safe in the instance of a fall. The alarm is trigged via a cord when removed and the 95 dB pulsing horn ensures that people nearby will hear it go off. The alarm itself is powered by a 9 volt battery which triggers an LED indicator that lets users know when the battery power is running low which is extended due to the lower power drain function that extends a battery's life. The Replacement Alarm/1 Pin comes with a 1 year warranty and can be used with the Under-Seat Fall Monitoring System.
