Return Policy
If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please call our sales department for speedy resolution. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. ($10.00 minimum)
• Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition in original packaging.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
• Custom made products are not returnable.
Refund will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Colonial Medical Assisted Devices cannot accept the return of bathing, hygiene or feeding products unless they are unopened in original packaging.
Sexual Health items are not returnable.
