What size walker holes does this fit in? Does it go over or inside the walker hole?

These would go over the holes on your walker. they are designed with eight adjustable height settings, making them ideal for use with most walkers. The holes on these are approximately .25 inches in diameter.

will these work on a metro walker

These will not work with the Metro Walker. Sku #21999, the Metro Walker Glides, are the only ones we carry designed to work with the Metro Walker.

They were easy to attach but for some reason they keep turning sideways on my walker. Not sure if I made a mistake installing them or if they just aren't good. I am going to try and glue or tape them so the wheels stay straight.
