Instructions

As the sweat runs down your legs it may get your knee wraps a little wet and possibly dirty. Not to worry! These wraps can be washed in cold water with a mild dish or hand soap. Just lay them flat to dry and always allow wraps to FULLY dry between uses.

I started to get knee pain for lifting heavy weights in squat and leg press. One of my buddies recommended knee wraps so I got this one and I think it does a really good job keeping my knees more stable and safer.

I can wraps these around my knees a good two or three times. Nice a supportive, I really needed these for my bad knees. These are great if you do a lot of weight lifting like myself.
