Purchased my first set of pocket peepers enough years ago that I'm not sure how many. I carry them in my wallet like a credit card. When I forget my glasses I can pull out pocket peepers to read a menu, look over a credit card bill before I sign it, etc. They come in handy. My original set cracked. They are much better (clearer & better magnification) then the friznell magnifiers. Kept in the container, they don't get scratched. I haven't tried to start a campfire with them, but they may work. If they were unbreakable, I would rate them as excellent. But for the price I am very satisfied. -Jim
