I love this sleeve for the support that it gives me while I am working out. I take boot camp classes and since I have injured my knee I have had to cut back some but with this sleeve I can get back on track a lot quicker that with a regular knee supports. One thing I have noticed is that when I sweat a lot the top of the sleeve has a tendancy to slide down - not a big deal - I just pull it back up but thought I would mention it. Anyways - I love the Patella Tendon Sleeve - totally works for me.
