Shoe sizes come in numbers. A medium size strectcher fits what size of shoes. X-Small 4.5 - 6.5 Small 6w - 8m Medium 8w - 10m Large 10w - 12m X-Large 12w - 14m XX-Large 13w - 15m XXX-Large 14w - 17m Years ago I had stretchers that hinged when inserting into the shoe, you then push down on the high point which straighten the stretcher out and were ajustable for many different sizes. What keeps these stretcher tight,and are they ajustable or are they spring loaded. These shoe trees are designed to hold the shape of your shoes. They are not designed to stretch shoes.
