I'm a physical therapist based in the Palm Springs area and I use this product frequently. It's small, so it doesn't work well for larger areas of the body like the legs, but it is perfect for hands, fingers and wrists. They are a little flimsy, but At $4.95 I can't really complain, be sure to buy more than one.
