Genutrain Active Knee Support

Genutrain Active Knee Support provides controlled compression to decrease pain and swelling. It centers the patella during joint movement and stimulates the skin receptors and nerve endings in the muscle-tendon transition around the knee to enhance proprioception and decrease pain and swelling. This knee support features two stays to prevent patella migration. During activity the insert counteracts patellar misalignment and provides a friction massage on the important receptor zones of the knee joint reducing pain and swelling. Also the Genutrain Active Knee Support promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the knee for increased joint stabilization. Special, non-irritating weave in the critical area behind the knee prevents bunching and pinching. Anatomical knit with graduated compression at the edges prevents constriction and rolling of the support. Silicone banding at top of support and medial/lateral stays guard against migration. Improved, more breathable fabric knit optimizes temperature regulation providing a cool, comfortable fit.
