The Ex-Box is a multi-muscle exerciser for seated resistance training. This all-in-one trainer accepts all sizes and type of resistance bands and tubes to provide users with a wide range of upper and lower body exercises while seated. Easy-attachment sockets permit quick adjustment of tube or band length to change resistance levels.
