The Cone Finger Separator helps provide anti-contracture hand therapy while preventing skin breakdown without restricting finger movement. Designed for patients who have involuntary movements that can be harmful to themselves, the Cone Finger Separator features a terry cloth cone and three finger separators. The cone has a foam strap that keeps the cone in securely in the patient's hands. The Cone Finger Separator can withstand frequent pressure from patients and can also be machine washed.

too big for small hands

It was too big .Not everybody has big hands .I will recommend to have different sizes .It's good ,but not for everybody .
