Description

Fits between the first and second toes to maintain proper alignment while reducing friction and irritation. Can also be used after surgery to assist metatarsal-phalange joint positioning. Soft, but durable rubber construction.

Instructions

DIRECTIONS
Position Toe Spreader between first and second toes. Pull on hosiery. Readjust Spreader as necessary. Product is interchangeable for left or right foot. Fits comfortably in most footwear.

CARE
Hand wash product with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in a clean towel to remove excess moisture, then air dry completely, away from direct heat and sunlight, before reuse.

WARNINGS
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using this product. Non-sterile. Not for use over broken skin. Discontinue use if skin discoloration, numbness, irritation or pain ocurr.

these are the best in shoe help I have found for my beginning bunions. They are amazing. Cost effective and soothing. Definately worth a try for anyone suffering. I can walk and even get on my treadmill with these with no pain!
