The Bariatric Drop Arm Commode provides safe transfers on and off the commode for individuals weighing up to 1,000 pounds. The commode is made with one inch steel tubing for durability and patient safety. Each arm can be lowered down for quick and safe transfers from the bed or wheelchair to the commode. When raised, the cushioned arms provide stability while lifting oneself off of the commode. Non-slip rubber grips are located at the end of each commode leg to help prevent the Bariatric Drop Arm Commode from sliding while in use. A detachable commode bucket with cover and splash shield is also included for easy, sanitary waste disposal.
