I am using your all purpose boot since 2000 my left leg has fracture which is not repairable because I have severe neuropathy in my foot. I am wearing custom made AFO in my right foot and after wearing AFO I can wear darco x-large boot only they are convenient and I can drive my honda accord comfortably I tried some costly custom made shoes but they are not comfortable even with custom shoes I can not drive my honda accord because they are very big at toes so that when I drive with them my foot goes to gas and break to gather which is very serious and three time I barely escaped the accident now I am not making any custom made boot and I will wear till I am alive very nice boot I give as many stars as I can. Outstanding boot for disabled person like me
