Like the item very much. I also have a different model that is lined with thin sponge and the sponge gets all over the crystal. I like the cardboard interior better. I also like the fact that the exterior is cloth and not plastic.

The Stemware Saver was perfect, and sturdy enough to stack two high. I purchased some red stemware savers from another company, and they were flimsy and I had to cut all the dividers to make them fit. No cardboard for the sidewalls that was needed for support for the container either.
