Like all Motel products, it's pesticide free. Black Flag Roach Motel provides a solution to roach infestations in your home and also traps waterbugs, palmetto bugs, spiders and scorpions continuously for up to four months

Best Use: Control light to medium roach infestations in your home. Also traps waterbugs, palmetto bugs, spiders and scorpions!

Use Tips: Place Black Flag Roach Motels near walls or corners, under sinks, in cabinets, or behind appliances such as your refrigerator and other areas where roaches live and breed. If after 3 days, you have not trapped any insects, move Roach Motels to a different location. Roach Motel will tell you if you have a roach problem and how bad it is. If a Roach Motel trap is filled with more than 15-20 roaches within 24 hours, you have a heavy infestation and should consider calling a professional exterminator.

I've used these in the past, and they work without poison. I have cats and am also sensitive to pesticides and refuse to use them. Roach Motels are great and do the job.

Currently, my house is not infested with roaches. I only found two, which I believe were unknowingly carried into my house by a friend. However, years ago the apartment building I lived in was badly infested - especially the apartment directly above mine. I used Roach Motels, and they worked so well I had to constantly change them. When a female roach entered the trap, she would lay her egg and all of the baby roaches were trapped as well. It seemed like the roaches went directly into the Roach Motel and didn't invade the other areas in my apartment. I would strongly recommend this product - especially to anyone who has pets or children where the usual bug sprays and poisons should not be used.
