A concentrated source of soluble fiber from 100% PHGG for the nutritional management of bowel function and digestive health. Each serving of Nutrisource Fiber powder provides 3g of soluble fiber from partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). Provides soluble fiber to help support digestive health and normal bowel function. Tasteless and odorless, powder will not compromise texture of foods or beverages. Can be added to juice, milkshakes, pudding, gravy, soup, sauces or casseroles. Not for individuals with galactosemia.

We use NutriSource Fiber in our nursing homes because it mixes so well with food. Other fibers tend to gel up and get firm. Overall its a decent fiber. I wish they made larger canisters though.
