My son kept insisting he wanted to build his own volcano so I finally caved and bought this kit (I just could imagine going through the process of the alternative, building a paper mache one) Directions were simple and easy to follow. I wasn't really expecting a lot but it did come with a nice poster activity kit and it did actually work. My son was very happy that he finally got to build a volcano.
